The staff was really good!

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the suite itself was tidy and new-fashioned. The location for Forest Hill was marvellous, near transport-bus, and the nature of the problem. Furthermore, central to all the stadiums for a basketball tournament.

We were in a particularly good location within walking distance of Blackburn Lake Sanctuary Park.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the closest train station to the city, making it easy for us to explore all that the city had to offer. Additionally, being close to a shopping center was very convenient for our needs.

It was very close to our conference and stylish.

The bathroom fan wasn't working and the fridge was extremely loud and kept us awake off and on all night .

The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. The design features are great, and the addition of a spa bath in some rooms adds a touch of luxury. The inclusive breakfast is a convenient and tasty start to the day.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Staff friendly

Room was a basic room and did not in my opinion rate as an executive room for the value of money paid ($200.00)

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. Not far from restaurants and shopping at the Glen.

The toilet needed some attention it kept running. Also didn't like the idea of not getting the bond back immediately but these days that's very common.

The complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch to welcome the new year. The location was very convenient with a shopping center nearby and easy access to public transportation. The view from the balcony was stunning.

The room itself was below average with old furniture and outdated decor. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was weak with low water pressure.

Great Stay!

The hotel provides spacious rooms with classical decoration, comfortable beds, and quality furniture. The amenities, like WIFI, are good, and the restaurant offers excellent dishes. The strategic location allows easy and convenient access to shopping centers and other nearby locations.

The breakfast needs improvement, and the photos posted on the website do not match reality. The breakfast is basic, with little pastries, bread for toast, and a few butter servings.

The hotel's location is superb, being situated in a bustling suburb with easy access to public transport. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant.

The room was clean and comfortable. Fair price, exceptional staff. Early entry for our son with no extra charge. Convenient location for visiting family. Helpful staff, manned reception. Essential continental breakfast. Lovely view of bush land. Several restaurant options within walking distance. Roomy bathroom with waterfall shower. Great facilities, easy parking.
